Every year my uncle throws a Super Bowl Party. It's quite large, and by that I mean that he even hires a bartender. Which of course, my husband thinks is fantastic. And every year my uncle extends an open invitation to all of my friends. He is truly of the philosophy, "....the more, the merrier." (Not me, not with my OCD. More than one person in my house can overwhelm me). So this year I brought my very best girlfriends, Meghan, Molly,and Cara. (Cara is married and her husband Nick and Chris have become friends as well). We had a great time and ate way too much. Is it bad that I didn't even know who won the game until the next morning? Well, Chris can't say he married me for my love of football....
