My oldest niece Lily had her Spring Play this week. She actually has a solo part and I might be bias, but I thought she did an amazing job. She didn't stutter or stumble over any words. The only negative thing about the whole thing was the fact that on the stage, you could barely see her. Her teacher apparently put her in the second row because she was one of the taller girls. Seriously! The girl is in the 10th percentile for weight and height. I wouldn't necessarily call that tall! Anyway, Lily did manage to elbow her way to the front during some of the songs. Which of course is just a good life lesson, sometimes if we want to be seen or heard, we have to push our way to the front.Lily is the tiny beautiful one in the back, fighting for her space!
Okay..so now I am feeling a bit guilty about the fact that you have more posts of my children lately than I do. Thanks so much for coming. Lily was so excited to have you there.
